commit & Hours - My contract of employment states that I have been assure to run short 35 hours a calendar week as an hourly pay employee. This means I am to be paid by each hour I do, rather than a weekly or monthly salary. My contract states I will be paid 1 month in arrears on the 15th of each month or just in the beginning if the 15th is on a weekend.
My contract also informs me that I have agreed to tame if necessary, non- standard hours due to the nature and role of my position. This means I have agreed with my employer that I am happy to doing when needed, such as agreeing to work a split veer during the day to fulfil my role and responsibilities and needs of the business and my undertake hours. Also I have agreed in my contract to work extra hours when needed, as long as my employer has disposed(p) me reasonable let on and that I am available. Reasonable notice means such as a week before or at least 24 hours- notice.
When I am asked with a scenario of say 2 hours, this becomes a non- assure issue, but a request to me by my employer to see if I merchant ship work any extra hours. My contact also states that my 35 hour a week contract might sometimes be more or less hours then my contracted 35.
