In India the company agreement provides necessary structure to their society. Separating labor between the classes allows for the society to comp unitynt part smoothly. The story and interpretation of the Dharma reinforces this caste agreement through Hindu practices and their basic beliefs. The basic teachings of the Buddha come in conflict with the caste arranging beliefs because they imply that all people have complete will to choose what type of flavour they want to operate and that all members of Buddhism are equal and that anyone is able to achieve nirvana. In India the caste system provides for a basic structuring of society. The caste system implicates the untouchables, who perform dirty or unsanitary jobs. These jobs can include disposal of bodies and janitorial services. Every member of the caste system knows that they are strung-out and reliant on members of the other castes.
